What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges?
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items should be unused, unaltered, and with tags still attached.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: For damaged or incorrect items, WhatsApp us with an image within 24 hours of delivery.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
What are the Steps to Follow for Exchange & Repair?
- Initiate Request: WhatsApp us with your order details within 7 days of delivery for any exchange or repair.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: For faulty or incorrect items, WhatsApp us with an image within 24 hours of delivery.
- Processing: We will guide you on the next steps for returning, exchanging, or repairing your product.
I received an incorrect item/parcel, What should I do?
- Contact Us: WhatsApp us immediately with your order details and an image of the incorrect item.
- Resolution: We will verify the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent or resolve the error according to our policy.
