  • Condition: Items should be unused, unaltered, and with tags still attached.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: For damaged or incorrect items, WhatsApp us with an image within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.

I received an incorrect item/parcel, What should I do?

  • Contact Us: WhatsApp us immediately with your order details and an image of the incorrect item.
  • Resolution: We will verify the issue and arrange for the correct item to be sent or resolve the error according to our policy.
